Our top 5 reads from 2020

December 21, 2020

From running content workshops, top remote working tips to sharing innovative and collaborative working methods, it's been another thought-leading year on the Code blog.

As we all begin to wrap up and draw a line under the past 12 months, we've pulled together some of our most-popular pieces for some end-of-year reflective reading.

1. How to run a content workshop

Content workshops focus on getting the people who are involved in creating content for websites to reflect on what they currently do, why they do it and how.

We've delivered a fair few of these workshops for our clients, so in this blog, we share some of our own tried and trusted methods for running your own content workshop.

In this blog, we look at how our multi-disciplinary product teams are able to work well with each other, with a focus on the relationships between designers and developers.

5. 12 tips for doing moderated remote user research when face-to-face isn't an option

In a year in which 75% of it has been largely spent remote-working, it's fitting that our final most-popular blog post of 2020 follows the same theme.

Here, we delve into 12 tips on what we've learned so far doing user research during a global pandemic.

. . .

And that's it, our top five reads of the year.

From everyone at Code, have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
